This tool is special made to spin picture frame screw eyes into wood picture frame mouldings. You use the tip to start the hole in the picture frame moulding, then start the picture frame screw eye.

After you have your screw eye started, insert the tip of the twirler into the picture frame screw eye and spin it into the wood moulding. This tool is very heavy duty.
