What's a chop?
A chop is a picture frame muolding that has it's corners all mitered
and cut, to any size you require. Then the four frame sides are sent to
you, for you to put together. This is the exact same way that almost all
picture frame shops buy their mouldings. Now you too can order the mouldings
the same way, many at prices LESS than what a professional picture framer

Why Chops!
Chops are the absolute best way to order picture frames! They pack and
ride well without getting damaged and it is far cheaper than shipping
big boxes containing frames all put together. Buying chops allows you
to order any size frame you need! This is the exact same way that 95%
of the professional frame shops order their mouldings to make their own
picture frame, now you can do the same thing. It would be a very foolish
move for a frame shop to stock thousands of feet of mouldings, many of
which may not sell. There is also at least a twenty percent waste factor
in length moulding, and it costs a great deal to ship long boxes of moulding
via truck freight. By ordering chops, a frame shop does not have any inventory

Is It Hard To Put The Frames Together!
No, not if your even a little bit handy with using a hammer. We have thousands
of people putting our frames together. The corners are mitered on a chopper
which is set to cut the corners at exactly 45 degrees. This chopper uses
very thick and heavy steel blades to cut the mouldings It is like a big
knife, not a saw, there are no saw blades. Using the links above you can

shop putting together lots of pictures uses a professional v nailing machine.
But there are dozens of small professional shops all over the country
that just glue and pound in the v nails with a hammer, you too can do

to write down the moulding order number and the price per foot shown beneath
each moulding, then use the links on the left to order the mouldings It
is very simple once you have done it once. Moulding Orders are shipped
via UPS only so you need to make sure you give us a street address and
not a PO box address. Moulding orders are shipped only with in the United
States.

Refunds!
Make sure that the frames you order are what you want! If in doubt order
a few samples, they are cheap and you can see the mouldings Use the links
given to order the samples. Your mouldings are cut from long length
moulding it is not replaceable so refunds are not given. Your orders
for picture frame chops are considered custom orders. Even the pro's have
to get it right the first time.
When you order your mouldings using our shopping cart, you have and we
have, a paper stating the exact moulding that you want and the exact size
you ordered. This is the exact moulding you will get, cut to the size
you have specified. Just be careful when you fill out your orders, if
something doesn't look right to you you can easily change your order page
before sending it in. There really isn't any need for an error, and very
few people make one. If by change you have made a mistake after sending
us an order please notifie us as soon as possible. This way your order
gets changed or deleted before work is done on it.
Please be advised that all our mouldings are made from solid wood and
because they are wood the finish may vary slightly from one batch of moulding
to another. They tend to stay almost always the same but no one can guarantee
a picture frame you order will look "exactly" like a sample
you have.
