How much is shipping going to cost?

The only shipping fee you will pay are the UPS or postal charges. We do not charge any other handling fees as others do. In fact, we do everything we can to save you all we can. For example, if you order two or more smaller pictures, sometimes we can tape the boxes together so that you only pay one shipping charge.

How long is it going to take to receive my order/pictures?

Most of the pictures you see on the site are in stock ready to go which means you should receive it as fast as UPS can deliver it plus one day. If we run out of a certain print that publisher usually gets it to us within several days. Then it may take as long as two weeks, but this doesn't happen very often. We order prints as fast as they are sold. We always notified you if there is any kind of hold up.

When will my credit card be billed?

You credit card is not billed until the products are sent to you. Your credit card is not billed automatically on the web when you use your credit card on our site. The order button is only a means to safely send us your credit card information. Your complete order is processed in house at our place of business.

I made a mistake and sent the order twice, what can I do?

We process all orders in house. We usually can spot such mistakes. You can also call us! We are friendly.

What if a picture gets lost or broken?

When you order products from us you can be assured of getting a really nice product. We will take care of these problems as they arise. We have tracers on each package and have not lost one in several years. The pictures are well packed and breakage has not been a problem for us. If you receive a box that is very badly damaged, i.e. completely flat for example, or with holes completely through it, we suggest you do not accept it from the UPS man. Forget shaking it to hear glass. You will never hear broken glass, the pictures are too well packed for that.

Can I buy just the prints from your company?

We sell the prints that you see for sale on our "Prints For Sale" pages. The prints that you see in the framed pictures are not for sale unless you see the prints on the "Prints For Sale" page.

Can I change the frame or mats on a certain picture?

Yes, but these "changed" pictures will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Reason: It takes hours to get the pictures on the web site. It is way too much work for one "different" picture which has been returned to us. We suggest you order the pictures as they are, they have been professional put together by professionals who understand colors.

That said: some of our customers do change the frames and mats on the pictures. What they do is order a picture or two that they really like. Now, they want the rest to look the same way, for example: some one may be collecting Norman Rockwell prints and wants them all framed the same way. We can do this for customers. Our larger customers that have come to recognize our quality work do this quite often.

Can I return a picture?

Yes, if you do it within ten days and pay the return shipping fee.

How come there is no option for plain glass on the limited edition pictures?

We feel that if you are going to buy a limited edition print and are not willing to pay the other ten to twenty dollars to put conservation control glass on it, you should not be buying limited edition prints!

Who does the framing?

Every picture we sell on this site is framed right here at our own premises. We control the whole process, from start to finish. If you order from us, be assured that we are doing the work. In fact, if you want to talk to the individual doing the framing you can call us and we will make that happen!

It is true that many of the other major art sites have framers all across the country doing the framing for them and the pictures are dropped shipped to you. You never know where your picture is coming from, or the quality of the job. One order you may get a good job the next order may be junk. The people doing the framing for these companies usually get the jobs because they underbid good framers. We won’t tell you who they are and make them famous. But they are easily found because their name pops up all over the web.

Do you sell mount boards with frames and mats ?

We sell them at cost with frames, just ask for them in the customer comments box when ordering.

How do you recommend attaching photos to the mount board ?

Some people us our photo mount spray, and a roller. Other use hinge mounts using our professional framers tape.

Are your mats solid color and when using 2 mats how much of the bottom mat shows?

Our mats are acid free rag mats. These are white and stay white, all the way though. Usually the second mat there is a 3/16 space showing which is very professional looking, but we can leave as much or as little space as you wish. Use our customer comments box when ordering.

Can I get samples of your mat colors (corners preferred) ?

No corners unless you wish to order a whole set, these are about 75.00 a set. otherwise I would be glad to send a few pieces along with any order you make. Just request them using our customer comments box when ordering.

Do you ship ups 2nd day ?

We can ship UPS Any way you want. We usually use UPS ground. Any other way, just ask for it by using our customer comments box when ordering. After making the order it would be best to give us a quick ring on the phone to make sure our shipping department downloads your order that day. Just tell them you have made an order and want the faster delivery then they go and download your order imediatly. Custom cut mats, glass, and frames take two days for us to process these orders before they are shipped. This means we get most orders shipped within 4 days. Since almost all orders go out in two days anyway, the only time you save by shipping 2nd day is the UPS delivery time.
